For client projects, intellectual property rights for the developed website are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments

Payments are discussed and agreed upon before starting any project. Full payment is required to confirm and begin development unless a custom arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other mutually agreed methods. International clients may pay via PayPal or international bank transfer.

All online payments on the order page are currently processed in INR. International customers can contact us on WhatsApp for available payment options.

Google AdSense Preparation Services — Terms & Refund Policy

We provide website preparation, content development, technical optimization, SEO, policy compliance, and AdSense application management services. Because AdSense approval is decided solely by Google, we cannot guarantee approval. The following terms apply to all AdSense-related projects.

Project Processing Timeline

The AdSense preparation project may take up to 65 days from the agreed project start date. This period covers website preparation, content development, technical optimization, SEO, policy compliance, and AdSense application management.

Refund Policy

If the website receives 2 qualifying Google AdSense rejections during the 65-day project processing period, the customer may request a refund.

  • Refund Amount: 50% of the total service fee actually paid.
  • Why only 50%? The service involves significant time, professional effort, resources, content work, technical implementation, and ongoing optimization — all carried out regardless of the final approval decision.

How the 2 Rejections Are Counted

A rejection means an official Google AdSense application decision in which Google declines the application after it has been submitted and reviewed.

  • 1st Rejection: The first official AdSense application submitted by our team that receives a rejection from Google.
  • 2nd Rejection: The next official AdSense application submitted after addressing the issues identified in the first rejection, which is also rejected by Google.
  • Only official rejection decisions issued by Google will be counted.
  • Multiple rejection reasons included in a single AdSense decision count as one rejection, not multiple rejections.
  • Applications that are cancelled, withdrawn, suspended, or otherwise not reviewed by Google will not count as a rejection.
  • The 65-day project timeline begins from the agreed project start date.
  • The customer may request a 50% refund after two qualifying AdSense rejections, subject to the terms of the service.

Important: Refund eligibility is based on the number of official AdSense application rejections, not on the number of rejection reasons mentioned in Google's response.

Refund Payment Timeline

If the project meets the refund conditions and receives 2 qualifying Google AdSense rejections, the customer may submit a refund request after the second rejection.

  • The refund will be 50% of the total service fee actually paid.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the second rejection.
  • Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, where possible.
  • Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges that are non-refundable may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: No refund will be processed before the second qualifying AdSense rejection has been officially received and verified.

By purchasing the service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these refund terms.

Limitation of Liability

Pratik Websites shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website or services if these Terms and Conditions are violated or misused.

International Clients

We welcome clients from all countries. All communication is in English. Timezone differences are managed through flexible scheduling and asynchronous communication.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Governing Law
