How the 2 rejections are counted:

  • 1st Rejection: The first official AdSense application submitted by our team that receives a rejection from Google.
  • 2nd Rejection: The next official AdSense application submitted after addressing the issues identified in the first rejection, which is also rejected by Google.
  • Only official rejection decisions issued by Google will be counted.
  • Multiple rejection reasons included in a single AdSense decision count as one rejection, not multiple rejections.
  • Applications that are cancelled, withdrawn, suspended, or otherwise not reviewed by Google will not count as a rejection.

Important: Refund eligibility is based on the number of official AdSense application rejections, not on the number of rejection reasons mentioned in Google's response.

Refund Payment Timeline

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the second rejection.
  • Once verified and approved, the refund is processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The refund is issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, where possible.
